Floater collars are composed of two empty half shells and can be filled with closed cell PU foam on specific customer request. Floater collarsare connected to the pipe by galvanized steel plates, nuts and bolts. PE Float floats/ring floatsare generally moulded by a high wear resistant LMDPE. The design is set up to achieve a strong but flexible float. Many different types of ring floats are available to suit requested application. These dredging floats / pipe floatare mainly used in offshore dredging, oil area.
